WCPA Annual Meeting of the Membership
After great feedback last year, we will once again hold our Annual Membership Meeting during the Holiday season!
Please join us on Thursday, December 11th, at the DoubleTree Madison East in Madison, WI, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. This meeting is an important event required by our bylaws, and we encourage all members to attend and actively participate. This meeting is FREE to attend and open to ALL WCPA members.
Following the meeting, we will host a social hour and dinner from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. If you wish to join us after 5:00pm, please add a Member Dinner Ticket to your registration ($40). Members are welcome to bring spouses or guests to this portion of the evening. Please be sure to add a Guest Ticket ($40) to your registration.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
You will register by clicking the red "Register Now" button in the top right corner of the page or the one below this message. Then you will click "Contiune as Guest". You will be asked to provide your name, company, company address, phone and email. Next, you will add "Available Tickets":
- Meeting of the Membership FREE (2-5pm)
- Member Admission - Social and Dinner $40/each (5-8pm)
- Guest Admission - Social and Dinner $40/each (5-8pm)
Upon ticket selections you will be asked questions like, name, company, email, dinner choice, guest name etc. You can register multiple people for the meeting and/or the social/dinner. You can review your cart before you click "Continue to Payment". Laslty, you can view the order summary and checkout with a card.

Hotel Reservations
We have reserved a room block for those who wish to stay overnight on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, at the DoubleTree Madison East. The deadline to reserve a room at the group rate of $99 is Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
