New Member Application

  1. Paving Contractor: Contractor member that owns slipform paving equipment and whose primary business activity is concrete paving.
  2. Contractor: Concrete contractor member that typically constructs curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway and fix form concrete paving.
  3. Cement Company: Company that produces and supplies hydraulic cement to the paving industry in Wisconsin.
  4. Dowel Bar Company: Company that produces or supplies dowel bars to the paving industry in Wisconsin.
  5. Fly Ash Company: Company that purchases and processes fly ash from the electric power generating industry and supplies this material to the paving industry in Wisconsin.
  6. Slag Company: Company that purchases and processes slag from the steel industry and supplies this material to the paving industry in Wisconsin.
  7. Admixture Company: Company that manufactures and supplies chemical or mineral additives to improve the performance of concrete used in the paving industry across Wisconsin.
  8. Consultant Member: Companies that supply professional engineering services to the member companies of WCPA as well as the State of Wisconsin and its cities and counties.

  9. Associate Member:

    • Construction Materials/Supplies - Company that provides key materials/supplies for concrete production and construction applications throughout Wisconsin.
    • Equipment - Company that supplies, rents, sells, or services machinery and equipment used in concrete construction.
    • Ready Mix - Company that produces and delivers ready mixed concrete, batched to specific project requirements and transported by mixer trucks for use in concrete construction projects throughout Wisconsin.
    • Service - Company that offers specialized services – such as financial, risk management, marketing or bonding – to support contractors and businesses in the concrete construction industry.
    • Testing Firms - Company that provides testing services to evaluate the quality and performance of both fresh and hardened concrete, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

By submitting this application, I understand that the Company will be considered for membership in the Wisconsin Concrete Pavement Association. Once approved by the Board of Directors, membership will be renewed automatically and invoiced annually.

In the event that the Company wishes to terminate its membership, it must be done in writing or by a phone call to Jackie Spoor, WCPA President, at 608‐240‐1020.
